Illustration made with Blender and Procreate in 60h.
For this project, i used JSplacement to generate some Displacement texture.
I used those images on a plane to extrude it so it will create the illusion of a city. I added some emission on it to simulate windows' light. I modelised a pyramid next to the sea to focus the attention.
And here are my final renders before painting over it in Procreate :
