The products offered for sale are:- Illustration prints: printed on high-quality aluminum plates.
- Painted 3D prints: handmade and painted by the artist.
- 3D prints to paint yourself: supplied unpainted, ready for customization by the customer.
Each product is described on the website, with no need for additional technical information from the customer.
- Prices and Payment
All displayed prices are inclusive of VAT (all taxes included) and include shipping costs.
Payment is secure and made via Stripe using a credit card. No other payment methods are currently accepted. - Orders and Delivery Times
- Illustration Prints: Orders are placed with the printer within 2 working days following the customer's order. Delivery in the European Union and the United Kingdom takes approximately 5 to 10 days after the order is placed with the printer.
- 3D Prints: A production time of 3 to 6 weeks is expected before shipping for a painted finish. Production depends on the time required for printing and painting. A production time of 1 to 3 weeks is expected before shipping for an unpainted print. Production depends on the time required for printing and assembly.
- Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price including VAT for all products and do not vary by destination within the European Union and the United Kingdom. - Returns and Refunds
No right of withdrawal is offered, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (customized or made-to-order products). However, returns are accepted in the following cases:- Defective product.
- Product not conforming to the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, a refund of shipping costs may be considered after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Warranty
A warranty for manufacturing defects is offered on illustration prints and 3D prints. If a defect is found, the customer must contact 4t4r4xi4 within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] after receiving the product. - Intellectual Property
All creations, whether digital or physical, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. - Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) affecting production or delivery times, 4t4r4xi4 commits to informing the customer as soon as possible and to finding an appropriate solution.
